PAULDING Paulding County Probation Departments jail diversion program has earned a prestigious award accorded by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections (ODRC). The probation department, operated in conjunction with Paulding County Court, has won the 2004 Cliff Skeen Jail Diversion Award.
