The Defiance man blamed for Mondays unintentional shooting death of a local teen-ager appeared this morning in Defiance Municipal Court on a preliminary charge.
Oliver King 18, 618 Washington Ave., requested a court-appointed attorney after appearing on a charge of reckless homicide, a third-degree felony that was filed Monday night by Defiance police. Judge John Rohrs III set bond at $500,000 cash and ordered King to reappear in court on Friday.
