Are those innocent rain clouds or the beginning of a severe thunderstorm? A class being presented by the Defiance County Public Safety Services Office can help individuals answer that question. A severe weather spotter training course will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the public safety office, located at 22491 Mill St. and next to the Noble Township Fire Department in Brunersburg.
