NOCAC and Lowe's offer crafty programs for Head Start kids

Northwestern Ohio Community Action Commissions (NOCAC) Head Start, in collaboration with Lowes, is offering two new family-oriented programs for its students and their families.
Each month, Mom and Me or Dad and Me programs will be offered. The free programs consist of a childrens clinic at Lowes involving a hands-on craft project, explained Sherri Derge, NOCAC parent involvement coordinator.
