A $20 fee costs Toledo man time in prison

The $20 fee a Toledo man earned to dispose of a murder victims car last fall cost him a prison sentence this week. Marcus Bailey, 18, was sentenced in Defiance County Common Pleas Court by Judge Joseph Schmenk to a four-year prison term for tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony. He was also placed on community control for four years on an unrelated charge of burglary, a third-degree felony.
