NAPOLEON A bad situation could have been worse as a fire ripped through a small apartment complex on North Perry Street Tuesday evening. On a follow-up of complaints of the building located at 905 N. Perry Street, city building and zoning inspector Brent Damman filed numerous housing code violations against owner Lester Shelt, as did the Napoleon Fire Department for other hazardous conditions found in the building.
