DESHLER More than 100 farmers attended the Henry County Winter Ag Rountable program held Tuesday at the Bavarian Haus. Producers had the opportunity to hear from a number of speakers touching on a variety of issues that ranged from value-added initiatives, to how grain check-off funds are beginning to open markets in Morocco and Egypt.
The featured speaker of the event, which was organized by the Henry County Extension office, was Steve Beier, who is a grain buyer for The Andersons in Maumee.
