Bank robbery trial starts Monday

The jury trial of a Fort Wayne man accused of robbing a Defiance bank in June is scheduled to open Monday morning in Defiance County Common Pleas Court. Daniel McKinney, 46, Fort Wayne, will stand trial for robbery, a second-degree felony; aggravated theft, a third-degree felony; receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony; and two counts of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, third- and fourth-degree felonies.
