The co-defendant who helped a local murder suspect hide evidence admitted his involvement this week in Defiance County Common Pleas Court. Marcus Bailey, 18, Toledo, pleaded no contest to tampering with evidence and an unrelated charge of burglary, both third-degree felonies, and was found guilty of each.
