Because of the war in Iraq, many area families will have someone absent at holiday festivities this year. For those families, as well as other individuals and organizations planning to send packages and cards to soldiers, observing the following deadlines will help insure delivery by Christmas. The first deadline of Nov. 13 is for packages being sent to APO addresses via parcel post.
