Accomplishing a job is like eating an apple. The more volunteers there are, the smaller bite of the apple each can take to accomplish a task. The principle is working well for United Way of Defiance County general campaign chairman John Horns and his cabinet of co-workers and volunteers as they conduct the 2003 campaign this year.
