NAPOLEON Elected positions ranging from school boards and township offices to village councils and mayors will be determined when county voters head to the polls for Tuesdays general election. Races have developed for the mayoral posts in Deshler, Holgate, McClure and Malinta, council seats in Deshler and Holgate and boards of education in the Holgate and Liberty Center school districts.
