City and county commissioners come to terms on sale of former hospital property

Its official: Defiance City Hall has struck a deal with county commissioners on sale of the former Defiance Hospital property.
An ordinance authorizing the $2.7 million sale of 13.737 acres on East Second Street to commissioners was unanimously approved by city council Tuesday night, 6-0. (Ward IV Councilman Pat Walter was absent.)
