City offering Johns Manville incentives to rebuild here

In an effort to encourage Johns Manville to rebuild its Columbus Avenue plant here, Defiance city officials are proposing free water and sewer service for one year.
An ordinance permitting the economic incentive is scheduled for a first reading at Defiance City Councils meeting tonight at 7:30 p.m. in the city service building, 631 Perry St.
