Books arent the only things full of history in Paulding County. The Paulding County Carnegie Library, which opened in 1916, is receiving a historical marker. The library will have a ceremony to dedicate the Ohio Bicentennial Historical Marker at 1 p.m. Sept. 18. The public is encouraged to attend the dedication.
