Historical marker at Paulding County library will be dedicated on Sept. 18

Books arent the only things full of history in Paulding County.
The Paulding County Carnegie Library, which opened in 1916, is receiving a historical marker. The library will have a ceremony to dedicate the Ohio Bicentennial Historical Marker at 1 p.m. Sept. 18. The public is encouraged to attend the dedication.
