HICKSVILLE The 2003 edition of the Defiance County Fair is set to open Saturday at the county fairgrounds located in Hicks-ville. As usual the line-up features a wide range of activities for the entire family to enjoy. Highlighting the fairs schedule is a night of country music by two of Nashvilles up-and-coming country music acts.
