The Fort Wayne man accused of robbing Defiances Keybank last month has been indicted by a Defiance County grand jury. Daniel McKinney, 45, was indicted on charges of robbery, a second-degree felony; aggravated theft, a third-degree felony; receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony; and two counts of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, each a third-degree felony.
