The Girl Scouts of Maumee Valley Council will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony on Sunday to mark the completion of phase one of the construction for the councils capital campaign, An Adventure Awaits. The ceremony will be held from 2-4 p.m. at Camp Libbey on Ohio 281, just east of Defiance. Following the ceremony, tours of the new and existing facilities will be given.
