ARCHBOLD The moment the tones drop, 18-year-old high school students Scott Bockelman of Ridgeville Corners and Tiffany Baird of Delta are out the door, racing to help with the emergency at hand. The two are youth members of the Ridgeville Township Volunteer Fire Department and Delta Community Fire Department, respectively, having learned most of their emergency rescue and firefighting skills in the public safety technologies senior law and rescue class at Four County Career Center.
