PMOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. A 12-year-old Defiance County youth died Saturday night from injuries sustained in a four-wheeler accident near this central Michigan city. Alex R. Ellert, 121-68 Whet-stone Road, Defiance, was pronounced dead at 8:14 p.m. at Central Michigan Community Hospital in Mount Pleasant. He was a fifth-grader at Fairview Elementary School.
