What has become a familiar event on Jefferson Avenue, happened again Wednesday evening. According to officers from the Defiance Police Department a semi driven by Wade Williams, 48, Reversburg, Pa., struck the viaduct at 10:10 p.m., causing extensive damage to the semis trailer as it passed under it.
