McCOMB -- Lorna Marie (Woodard) Morse, 41, of McComb, passed from this Earth and was called to her eternal heavenly home by the Lord Jesus Christ on Wednesday, July 16, 2014.
Lorna was born in Paulding, Ohio, on April 6, 1973, to Terry and Mary (Coy) Woodard. On May 25, 1996, she married the love of her life, David Morse, and he also survives. Lorna graduated from Paulding High School in 1991 and went on to earn her collage degree from Cedarville College. Lorna was employed at the McComb Public Library and taught at the McComb Elementary School. She was a member of Findlay First Church of the Nazarene where she was a Sunday school teacher for many years. Lorna enjoyed cooking, flower gardening and spending time with her family.
Lorna is also survived by her two sons, Samuel and Joseph, at home; a sister, Marla Gibbs and her sons, Blake and Graham, of Findlay; brother- and sister- in-law, Jonathan and Heidi Morse of McComb; sisters- and brothers-in-law, Sandra and David Inbody of McComb and Elizabeth and Matthew Naylor of Ottawa, and their families; and father- and mother-in-law, William and Carla Morse of McComb.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Paul and Juanita Woodard; and maternal grandparents, Daniel and Helen Coy.
Funeral services will be held at the Findlay First Church of the Nazarene, 2501 Broad Ave., Findlay, Ohio, at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 19, 2014, with Pastor Michael McClurg officiating. Friends and family may visit on Friday, July, 18, 2014, from 2-4 and 5-8 p.m. at Lehtomaa Funeral Home, 201 Osborn Ave. Findlay, Ohio 45840, (419-424-0777), and one hour before the service at church. Interment will follow at McComb Union Cemetery.
