ST. MARYS -- Nadine Sanders, of St. Marys, Ohio, died at 12:38 p.m. Friday, June 6, 2014, at IU-Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Ind.
She was born February 29, 1948, in Martin, Ky., to Aaron and Elizabeth "Betty" (Hicks) Tuttle. On November 21, 1985, in St. Marys, Ohio, she married Ralph E. Sanders, who survives.
She is also survived by, son, Christopher Yocum of Defiance, Ohio; daughter, Angela Yocum of St. Marys, Ohio; two grandsons, Zayne Yocum and Xander Eldridge; mother, Elizabeth "Betty" Settles of Allen, Ky.; three brothers, Donald (Joan) Tuttle of Hendersonville, N.C., Eugene (Ruthie) Tuttle of St. Marys, Ohio, and Doug Tuttle of Ashville, N.C.; and another sister in Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by her father and stepmother, Aaron and Roma Tuttle; and sister, Pamela Faye Hall
She was a graduate of Wayland, Ky., High School and Mayo Business College in Paintsville, Ky. She was a homemaker and licensed insurance agent. She enjoyed boating and spending time with her family (especially her grandsons).
Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. today, June 10, 2014, at Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys. Additional visitation is from 11 a.m.-1 p.m Thursday, June 12, 2014, at Hall Funeral Home in Martin, Ky. Graveside services and burial will follow at Davis Memorial Gardens in Ivel, Ky.
