HOLGATE -- Kenneth Ray Harmon, 60, of Holgate, Ohio, went to be with the Lord, May 28, 2014, at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
He was born September 2, 1953, in Welch, West Virginia, the son of the late Lillian Arbutus Newberry (McCain) and Theodore Roosevelt Harmon. He graduated from Napoleon High School in Napoleon, Ohio, in 1973. He was employed by Napco Plastics for four years in Napoleon, Ohio, and then worked at General Motors for 29 years in Defiance, Ohio.
Left to cherish Kenneth's memory are his three stepchildren, Lori, Marty, and Tammy, all of Napoleon; brothers, Robert (Kim) and Kermit (Theresa), both of Wauseon, Bruce of Defiance, and Theodore Roosevelt of Illinois; sisters, Barbara (Russell) Hamm of Custar, and Midge (Bill) Stout of Malinta; and a host of loving nieces and nephews.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Earl; stepbrother, Brian McCain; stepsister, Connie Howell; and niece, Cynthia.
A viewing is scheduled for Sunday, June 1, 2014, at the Walker Mortuary in Napoleon, Ohio, from 3-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Monday, June 2, 2014, at Walker Mortuary at 11 a.m., with burial service following at Grelton Cemetery in Grelton, Ohio.
