EDGERTON -- Corinne M. Buff, 86, of Edgerton, Ohio, died at 9:35 p.m. Monday, May 19, 2014, at Fountain Park Inn and Villas, where she was a resident, after an extended illness.
Mrs. Buff was formerly employed by Edgerton Metals, Syncro-Ttech and Air-Way Manufacturing. She was a former member of the Zion United Methodist Church near Edgerton, currently was a member of Life Changing Realities Fellowship in Edgerton and enjoyed painting, woodcrafting and reading.
Corinne M. Buff was born on May 4, 1928, in Defiance, Ohio, the daughter of J. Howard and Dorothy (Zenz) Mack. She married Lester M. Buff on June 7, 1947, in Defiance and he preceded her in death on July 8, 1979.
Survivors include her three daughters, Pamela (Peter) Costisick of Anderson, Indiana, and Karen (John) Nihart and Gayle (Byron) Adams, both of Edgerton; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Marlene Lantow of Defiance, Sharon Lane of Midland, Michigan, Suzanne Butler of Defiance, George Mack of Jenison, Michigan, and Gregory Mack of Dublin, Ohio.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Howard and Adli Mack; and two sisters, Leanne Schwab and Mary Ann Shaffer.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2014, from 4-8 p.m. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton. Services will be held on Friday, May 23, 2014, at 11 a.m. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edgerton, with Pastor Byron Adams officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Edgerton.
