NAPOLEON -- Betty (Cromley) Elliott, 92, of Napoleon, Ohio, passed away on January 12, 2014, at Henry County Hospital.

She was born in Hicksville, Ohio, on November 14, 1921. Betty graduated from Hicksville High School in 1939. She was united in marriage to Robert Elliott on January 25, 1942. Betty ran Betty Elliott's Nursery School at the First Presbyterian church in Napoleon. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Napoleon for 55 years. Betty was a deacon of the church, an elder and also sang in the choir.

Betty is survived by her husband, Robert; children, Cathy (Mike) Richardson and R. Todd (Mary) Elliott; six grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Steven and Jessie Cromley; and three sisters. Betty was also preceded in death by her daughter, Kit (Bob) Werth.

Visitation for Betty will be held on Friday, January 17, 2014, at the First Presbyterian Church, 303 W. Washington St., Napoleon, from noon until the time of the funeral service at 3 p.m. Pastor Tom Polker will officiate.
