Emma Elizabeth Shank, 75, of McClure, Ohio, died Sunday, Jan. 5, 2014, at Lutheran Home of Napoleon. She was born Nov. 5, 1938, in Deshler, Ohio, to the late Rodney Sr. and Flossie (Caldwell) Wenner. She was married to Lowell Shank Sr. and later divorced.

Emma worked for Campbell Soup Co., Napoleon and Tem Cole Inc., McClure. She was a former member of First Baptist Church, Napoleon.

She is survived by her children; Lowell Jr. (Chan He) Shank, Napoleon, Patricia Van Pelt, Millsboro, Ky., Bruce (Donna) Shank, McClure, Robert Shank, Grelton, Larry Shank, Napoleon, Susan Shank, Napoleon; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; siblings; Robert (Betty) Wenner, Gallipolis, Mary Ludemann, Napoleon, Rodney Wenner, Jr., Napoleon, Rose Ludemann, Ky. She was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Jodi Shank; and brothers, John and Richard Wenner.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Rodenberger Funeral Home, Napoleon. Interment will follow at Grelton Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 2-8 p.m. and Saturday from 10-11 a.m. at the Rodenberger Funeral Home, Napoleon.

Memorials are requested to Lutheran Home, Napoleon, or a charity of the donor's choice.
