NAPOLEON -- Kenneth James Holers, 76, of Napoleon, died Saturday, Jan. 4, 2014, at St. Luke's Hospital, Maumee, Ohio. He was born on Nov. 8, 1937 in Napoleon to the late Arthur and Josephine (Edger) Holers. On Feb. 23, 1957, he married Esther (Cocke) Holers at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Napoleon.
Ken was a 1956 Ridgeville High school graduate and worked as a route driver for Huston's Launderers and Cleaners and Frito Lay. He continued as a parts manager for Deshler Implement, Holgate and finally retired as a janitor for the Napoleon High School. He also owned and operated Ken's Concessions for many years.
He was a lifelong member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Napoleon.
He is survived by his wife, Esther, daughter, Darcy (Thomas) Ashbaugh of Napoleon, grandchildren; Chandler, Trevor, and Karsyn, and sister, Jackie (Bob) Schalitz of Whitehouse.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 10, at St. Paul Lutheran Church. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Rodenberger Funeral Home, Napoleon and Friday from 10-11 a.m. at the church.
