Bea (Beulah) Mansfield

MESQUITE, Nev. -- Bea (Beulah) L. Mansfield, 91, passed away March 2, 2013, in Mesquite, Nevada.

She was born Dec. 5, 1921, the daughter of George Sr. and Nora (Hornish) Steingass. On July 25, 1940, she married Gene Mansfield.

She is survived by her husband; two sons, Larry Mansfield of Minnesota, and Bradley Mansfield, California; one granddaughter, Elizabeth Mansfield; two brothers, Kenneth and Ron (Shirley) Steingass, both of Defiance; four sisters, Mary (Mel) Demland of Holgate, Martha (Bill) Wealleans of Wauseon, Phyllis (Ronald) McBride of Indiana, Pa., and Janie (George) Brubaker, Defiance; two sisters-in-law, Mary Ellen Steingass, Defiance, and LaDonna Steingass, Holgate; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Loa Ulm Zachrich; and three brothers, George Jr., Paul (Arch), and James Steingass, and a baby brother, Larry.

Bea worked as a secretary for S.R. Equipment for many years. She enjoyed playing golf, gardening and visiting with her family and friends.

A memorial service was held in Mesquite, Nevada. Bea's friendly smile and laughter will be missed by all.
