Infant Jensen Evan Almanza, of Defiance, passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2013, at the Toledo Hospital.
He was born on February 16, 2013, to Santiago Almanza Jr. and Jennifer Adkins in Toledo, Ohio, and they survive along with his grandmother, Sanjuanita Almanza of Defiance; grandfather, Thomas Adkins of Defiance, and Peggy Stebleton of Lakeview, Ohio.
Jensen was preceded in death by his grandfather, Santiago S. Almanza Sr.
Funeral services will be private at Hanenkrath-Clevenger-Schaffer Funeral Home with Deacon George Newton officiating.
