Mark Flory

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Mark A. Flory of Scottsdale, Ariz., passed away February 13, 2013, at the young age of 50 after a two-year courageous battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease).

He was born in Defiance, Ohio, the son of Paul and Fern (Demland) Flory. He has lived in Arizona since 1983. He owned and operated his own woodworking/manufacturing company for the last 25 years.

He is survived by his loving wife, Lora E. Flory; brothers, Brian Flory of Mesa, Arizona, and Rick Flory of Scottsdale.

In honor of Mark's wishes, a celebration of life and love service will be held on February 23, 2013, at 11 a.m. at McDowell Mountain Community Church, 10700 N. 124th St., Scottsdale, Ariz.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to ALS Association or Hospice of the Valley. Please visit www.hansenmortuary.com to place online condolences.
