NEW BAVARIA -- Carol Ann Niedermeyer, 75, New Bavaria, passed away on February 19, 2013, at CHP Defiance Area In-Patient Hospice Center.
She was the loving wife of the late Eugene Niedermeyer. Carol loved a good garage sale.
She is survived by her children, Gregory Riebesehl and Debbie (Rodney) Niese; and their father, Paul E. Riebesehl. She was the grandmother of 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Eugene (Janis) Cain, Bill Cain, Dennis (Edie) Cain and Bobby (Susan) Bauer.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene Cain and Wilma (Eis) Cain; son, Jon Hall; brother, Delmer Cain; and sister, Diana Benien.
The family requests memorial contributions be made on behalf of Carol to the Defiance Hospice. Interment for Carol is private and will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Snyder Funeral Home, Holgate, Ohio.
