  • I was a friend of Terry for almost 50 years. He was a wonderful basketball player at Defiance High ('63-'67) under Max Gecowicz and Howard Nourse. He also ran cross country and represented DHS at the state level in tennis ('67). He spoke fondly of his work with the late Bob Costello in the chemistry lab at Zeller Corp. during summer vacations, and found his vocation, at least in part, through his science coursework at Defiance College, which he continued to support throughout his life. Terry was a credit to his family and friends, his schools and his hometown.
