MIAMISBURG -- Marjorie Weaner, 87 of Miamisburg, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, October 7, 2012.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Maurice "Morrie" Weaner; her parents, Charles and Lottie Phillips; sisters, Mary Ellen Hoover and Sylvia McGowen; and a brother, Charles "Bud" Phillips.
Marjorie is survived by sisters-in-law, Mitzi Phillips, Rita Bower, Pauline Weaner and Mary McGahran; brothers-in-law, Bill (Millie) Weaner and Paul (Luanne) Weaner; numerous nieces and nephews; special friend and caretaker, Stevan Jarrett; and special friends, Gail Hickman and Tom Austin.
Marjorie enjoyed her summers at the lake fishing and visiting with family and friends. She was a talented seamstress and bowler. Her cooking will be missed by many.
Friends and family may visit from 11 a.m.-noon on Thursday, October 11, at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, 508 East Linden Ave., Miamisburg, followed by the funeral service at 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home with Deacon Terry Martin officiating. Interment will be at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Cemetery. There will be a private luncheon from noon-2 p.m.
