NAPOLEON -- Rosalie J. Hall, 73, of Napoleon, Ohio, passed away at her residence on Saturday, May 26, 2012.
She was born September 26, 1938, in Napoleon, to the late Donald and Mathilda (Bernicke) Woodward. She married Carl R. Hall at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Napoleon on January 1, 1959.
Rosalie was a homemaker and previously worked at the former Wendt Hat Shop, Hahns Clothing, United Telephone and also co-owned and operated, with her husband, Hall's Tree Trimming. She was a devoted member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Napoleon, where she had served in earlier years as PTO president and Sunday school teacher, and enjoyed making banners for the church. She dearly loved spending as much time as possible with her family and enjoyed many memorable moments with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Carl, of Napoleon; children, David and Stephany Hall, Annette and Cory Niekamp, both of Napoleon; and loving grandchildren, Kennedy and Delaney Hall and Sydney, Carter, and Ross Niekamp.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 30, 2012, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Napoleon with Pastors Charles Kramer and John Holyer officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-8 p.m. at Rodenberger Funeral Home, Napoleon, and Wednesday from 10-11 a.m. at the church.
