NAPOLEON -- Mia "Mitzi" Miller, 93, Napoleon, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2012, at her home.
She was born on November 20, 1918, in Augsburg, Germany. She married Edmond Miller on August 28, 1948, and moved to America. Ed passed away on September 20, 1999. She worked and retired from Napco Plastics. She was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church of Napoleon and the German Club.
Mia is survived by two sons, Gerold (Charlean) Miller and Walter (Peggy) Miller, both of Napoleon; six grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband and a grandson.
Visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday, January 19, 2012, from 2-8 p.m. at the Snyder-Wesche Funeral Home, Napoleon, and one hour prior to services Friday at the church. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, January 20, 2012, at Emanuel Lutheran Church of Napoleon with Rev. James Castello officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, Napoleon Township.
