The case against Bobby Scott, 40, address unavailable, was dismissed without prejudice. He was indicted for nonsupport of dependents, a fifth-degree felony.

Joshua Meeks, 27, 15011 Ohio 66, Oakwood, pleaded not guilty to nonsupport of dependents, a fifth-degree felony. He was released on a personal recognizance bond with conditions. A pretrial hearing was set for April 7 with trial on May 6.

Jennifer Lantz, 41, address unavailable, Oakwood, pleaded not guilty to illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, a third-degree felony; and possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. She was released on a personal recognizance bond with conditions. A pretrial hearing was set for April 10 with trial on May 6.

Abbie Holton, 34, 09206 County Road 171, Oakwood, pleaded not guilty to forgery, a fifth-degree felony. Bond was set at $10,000 with no 10 percent provision. Hearing set for April 7.

John Brzozowski, 32, address unavailable, had his judicial release granted and sentenced to five years of community control. He was also ordered to make all child support payments, satisfy all arrearages, submit to drug tests, submit to a substance abuse evaluation and follow any recommended treatment and file tax returns by April 15 of each year. In December 2012, he was found guilty of nonsupport of dependents, a fifth-degree felony.

John Philips, 34, address unavailable, had his community control revoked and was sentenced to 17 months in prison for nonsupport of dependents, a fourth-degree felony.

Justin Meglich, 30, 202 E. Woodcox St., Antwerp, was sentenced to five years of community control and 30 days in jail for nonsupport of dependents, a fifth-degree felony.

Richard Stacey, 40, 10457 Road 424, Cecil, was sentenced to four years of community control and 80 days in jail for having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony. He was also ordered to have a substance abuse and mental health evaluation and follow any recommended treatment, maintain employment, have no contact with victim, obtain GED and submit to drug tests.

Lisa Dull, 50, Van Wert, was ordered to undergo intervention in lieu of conviction for two years for possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. She was also ordered to follow any intervention plan as recommended, complete 20 hours of community service and submit to drug tests.

Kacy Wagner, 31, 11608 Road 191, Oakwood, was ordered to undergo intervention in lieu of conviction for two years for aggravated vehicular assault, a fourth-degree felony. Wagner was also ordered to follow any intervention plan as recommended by Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio, complete 20 hours of community service and submit to drug tests.

Scott Meyer, 24, 802 N. Main St., Paulding, was sentenced to four years of community control and 30 days in jail for forgery, a fifth-degree felony. He was also ordered to submit to drug tests, continue treatment through Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio. The sentence is to run consecutive to another imposed by the court.

Cassandra Crites, 30, address unavailable, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for endangering children, a third-degree felony. The sentence is to be served consecutively with two other cases in Defiance County.
