Area police reports 3-12-14

State Patrol

Tuesday, 7:10 a.m., on Ohio 15 in Defiance County's Tiffin Township, a vehicle driven by Brian Chittenden, 59, Hicksville, went left of center and struck a northbound vehicle driven by Gary Schnipke, 14715 Defiance County Road 209. Damage to both vehicles was light.

Thursday, 8:55 a.m., at U.S. 6 and Ohio 191 in Williams County, a semi driven by Leonid Litvin, 55, Montreal, Quebec, struck an eastbound vehicle driven by Brooke Manning, 20, Bryan. Manning was taken by William County EMS to Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers, Bryan, where a condition update was unavailable. Damage was light to the semi and heavy to Manning's vehicle.

Friday, 9:41 a.m., on Ohio 107 in Williams County's Jefferson Township, a vehicle driven by Donald Harris, 68, Montpelier, struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Karen Tressler, 64, address unavailable. Damage to both vehicles was light.

Saturday, 4:45 a.m., on Ohio 66 in Defiance County's Tiffin Township, a vehicle driven by Ryan Wesley, 46, Defiance, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.

Defiance Police

Monday, 2:49 p.m., on East Second Street, east of Greenhouse Avenue, an eastbound vehicle driven by Hunter Matney, 20, 3 Barlow Court, failed to stop for traffic and struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Jessica Dandino, 32, Toledo.

Tuesday, officers are investigating a report of a robbery in the 1700 block of Spruce Street.

Defiance Sheriff

Monday, a 16-year-old Defiance female was charged with delinquency by means of disorderly conduct after an alleged incident on Indian Bridge Lane.

Napoleon Police

Friday, 10:10 p.m., in the 1000 block of North Perry Street, a vehicle driven by Dillion Borstelman, 25, Napoleon, slid and struck a snowbank. Damage was heavy to the vehicle. Borstelman was cited for OVI.

Sunday, 1:14 p.m., at Norton Avenue and West Washington Street, a vehicle driven by Lonnie Winover II, 35, Napoleon, struck a curb and snowbank. Winover was cited for failure to control. The vehicle was not damaged.

Henry Sheriff

Tuesday, 5:36 a.m., on County Road V, a vehicle driven by Jeffery Benson, 57, Napoleon, struck a deer. Damage was light to the vehicle.

Tuesday, 7:24 a.m., on Ohio 66, a vehicle driven by Kirsten Ruby, 29, Archbold, struck a deer. Damage was light to the vehicle.

Tuesday, a home at 14242 County Road Z, Napoleon, was reported ransacked.

Tuesday, a diesel pump was reportedly stolen from the Ridge Project, J169 Ohio 65, Deshler.
