State Patrol

Sunday, 8:30 p.m., on Williams County Road E, west of Ohio 49, a vehicle driven by Shelia Reiot, 49, Edgerton, swerved to avoid striking a deer, struck a ditch and went airborne into a field. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.

Sunday, 8:30 p.m., on Williams County Road 17, west of County Road 18, a vehicle driven by Jacob Diller, 25, Stryker, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was light.

Defiance Police

Friday, 12:23 p.m., at Summit Street and Circle Drive, a vehicle driven by Gladys Spreeman, 70, Defiance, struck a vehicle driven by Cassandra Shartzer, 22, Defiance. Shartzer's vehicle then struck a tree. Shartzer was transported by Defiance Fire Department to Mercy Defiance Hospital, where a condition update was unavailable. Damage was heavy to Shartzer's vehicle and moderate to Spreeman's. Spreeman was cited for a stop sign violation.

Friday, 12:27 p.m., at Summit Street and Circle Drive, a garbage truck driven by Kenneth Branham, 42, Defiance, struck a vehicle driven by Zachary Gary, 27, Defiance. Damage was moderate to Gary's vehicle and light to Branham's. Branham was cited for a stop sign violation.

Friday, 5:25 p.m., at Ralston and Wemor avenues, a vehicle driven by Brittany King, 19, Sherwood, struck a vehicle driven by India Daniels, 27, Bryan. Damage to both vehicles was heavy. Daniels was cited for a stop sign violation.

Saturday, 3:33 a.m., on Riverside Avenue, south of Arabella Street, an unknown vehicle struck a utility pole owned by Toledo Edison causing the pole to snap in half.

Saturday, 10:51 a.m., on Ottawa Avenue, a vehicle driven by Elbert Rakes, 76, Defiance, struck a vehicle driven by Diana Hicks, 55, Defiance. Damage to both vehicles was moderate. Rakes was cited for a stop sign violation.

Friday, a window was reported broken out of a vehicle in the 1600 block of Misty Cove. A purse was reported stolen.

Friday, Marvin Speiser, 41, Kammeyer Road, was charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated after an alleged incident at Mercy Defiance Hospital.

Friday, a $100 counterfeit bill was reported passed at a business in the 400 block of Clinton Street.

Saturday, officers investigated a report of a breaking and entering in the 300 block of Ruth Ann Drive. A small amount of cash was reported stolen.

Saturday, construction materials were reported stolen in the 1200 block of Ottawa Avenue.

Saturday, Robert Yocklin, 24, Washington Avenue, was charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated.

Saturday, Ryan Owens, 21, Cincinnati, was cited for OVI, right half of road and speed following a traffic stop on East High Street.

Sunday, Kristina Hoffman, 35, Summit Street, was charged with disorderly conduct after an alleged incident in the 1000 block of South Clinton Street.

Sunday, three Defiance females ages 12, 14 and 17 were charged with delinquency by means of a curfew violation after an alleged incident in the 800 block of Riverside Avenue. The 17-year-old was also charged with delinquency by means of disorderly conduct.

Sunday, Billy Evans, 29, Oakwood, was arrested on a bench warrant.

Sunday, officers responded to a report of a large fight at Primo's, 501 W. Second St. No charges were filed.

Defiance Sheriff

Friday, Kevin Sealscott, 27, Defiance, was arrested on a warrant from Defiance Municipal Court.

Saturday, Anthony Barrett, 39, Defiance, was charged with a protection order violation after an alleged incident on East Second Street in Defiance.

Sunday, Tyler Ruggles, 18, Continental, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop.

Sunday, Zachary Hancock, 23, Defiance, was charged with domestic violence after an alleged incident on Kepler Road.

Henry Sheriff

Saturday, tires were reported slashed on a vehicle in the 4000 block of Henry County Road N, Damascus Township.

Napoleon Police

Friday, 7:01 a.m., at Glenwood Avenue and Harmony Street, an unknown vehicle struck a fire hydrant.

Saturday, Benjamin Bishop, 33, Napoleon, was cited for OVI, lanes of travel and turning at intersections following a traffic stop on South Perry Street.

Saturday, Joseph Mattison, 34, Napoleon, was cited for OVI after an alleged incident in the 100 block of East Maumee Avenue.

Saturday, vehicle tires were reported stolen in the 200 block of Meekison Street.

Saturday, Regina Alvarez, 26, Napoleon, was charged with theft after an alleged incident at Walmart, 1815 Scott St.

Sunday, a cellphone was reported stolen at Nazarene Church, 630 Appian Ave.

Sunday, a male juvenile was charged with delinquency by means of aggravated menacing after an alleged incident at Kids Kingdom, 311 Glenwood Ave.

Williams Sheriff

Thursday, 8:54 p.m., on Ohio 576, north of County Road M, a vehicle driven by Dennis Smith, 56, Montpelier, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.

Friday, 12:19 a.m., on Williams County Road E, east of County Road 19, a vehicle driven by Russell Wagner, 38, Stryker, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.

Bryan Police

Thursday, Aric Grubb, 32, Bryan, was charged with disorderly conduct and taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker.

Sunday, Jeffery McNamara, 34, Bryan, was arrested on a bench warrant from Bryan Municipal Court and taken to CCNO.

Sunday, Michael Lane, 28, Bryan, was cited for OVI and stop sign violation and taken to CCNO.

Sunday, Camilo Flores, 21, Bryan, was arrested on a bench warrant from Bryan Municipal Court and taken to CCNO.

Fire -- Saturday, 12:53 p.m., firefighters were called to 13878 Brandt Road for a field fire. A shed was destroyed by the fire.

Fire -- Saturday, 4:20 p.m., firefighters were called to Regonda Drive for a grass fire.

Napoleon

Fire -- Friday, 5:27 p.m., firefighters were called to U.S. 24, near Ohio 108, for a vehicle fire.

Fire -- Friday, 9:58 a.m., firefighters were called to 1093 Dodd St. for a smoke investigation.
