State Patrol

Sunday, 3:10 p.m., on Williams County Road 1, north of County Road K in Florence Township, a vehicle driven by Kalyn Lyman, 17, Edon, traveled off the right side of the road and struck a junction box and mailbox. Damage to the vehicle was heavy.

Defiance Police

Monday, employees at Kroger, East Second Street, reported a gas drive-off.

Monday, Kristopher Sheppard, 31, South Clinton Street, turned himself in on a bench warrant from Defiance Municipal Court.

Monday, officers investigated a report of a break-in in the 900 block of Jackson Avenue. Hunting supplies were reported stolen.

Today, officers investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle at Riverside Park. A 16-year-old Defiance male was charged with delinquency by means of criminal trespassing and a curfew violation.

Defiance Sheriff

Monday, LaValle Black, 49, Toledo, was served a warrant from Defiance Municipal Court.

Monday, Heather Replogle, 27, Defiance, was served a warrant.

Monday, James Harruff, 21, Stoney Ridge, was served a warrant from Defiance Municipal Court.

Henry Sheriff

Monday, money was reported stolen from a vehicle at 09773 Ohio 110, Harrison Township.

Monday, deputies investigated a report of possible abuse to a juvenile in the 200 block of Randolph Street, Hamler. The matter was referred to Henry County Job and Family Services.

Napoleon Police

Monday, officers investigated a report of a breaking and entering at Old Castle Precast, 1675 Industrial Drive. Multiple items were reported stolen.

Monday, a purse was reported stolen from a vehicle at 1212 E. Riverview Ave.

Monday, James Updyke, 42, Napoleon, was arrested on a warrant from Lucas County.

Monday, Michael Prystash Jr., 38, Napoleon, was arrested on a warrant from Napoleon Municipal Court and taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, rural Stryker.

Today, two juveniles, ages 16 and 17, were charged with delinquency by means of underage consumption after an alleged incident at 644 W. Riverview Ave. Collette Murray, 18, address unavailable, was also charged with underage consumption.

Williams Sheriff

Monday, 9:37 p.m., on Williams County Road 9, north of County Road G, a northbound vehicle driven by Brian Beck, 49, Monteplier, struck a deer. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.

Monday, deputies investigated a report of lug nuts being removed a vehicle and rock salt being put in a fuel tank at 16173 E. Mulberry St., Bryan.

Bryan Police

Monday, Jerry Winkler, 54, Bryan, was arrested on a bench warrant from Defiance Municipal Court. He was taken to CCNO.
