CLEVELAND (AP) -- A professor's lawsuit alleging a Cleveland law school dean retaliated against him for reporting alleged sexual harassment by the dean has been settled.
Professor Raymond Ku's lawsuit in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court against Lawrence Mitchell and Case Western Reserve University sought an end to the alleged retaliation and unspecified monetary damages.
A joint statement issued Tuesday by Ku's attorney and the school did not reveal settlement details.
But it said Ku will direct the law school's Center for Cyberspace Law and Policy.
The lawsuit said Mitchell threatened Ku with dismissal and trimmed his responsibilities after Ku complained about alleged inappropriate touching and comments involving female colleagues. The university said the lawsuit contained false information. Mitchell resigned in March.
His Cleveland-area telephone is disconnected. His attorneys didn't immediately return calls.
