SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio (AP) -- A judge near Cleveland has ordered a man convicted of harassing a neighbor to stand on a street corner with a sign that says "I am a bully."
The judge says 62-year-old Edmond Aviv of South Euclid (YOO'-klehd) must stand with the sign for five hours on Sunday.
Court records say Aviv has feuded with his neighbor for the last 15 years. He recently pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct.
The Plain Dealer newspaper (http://bit.ly/1hksXRd ) in Cleveland reports that court and police records say Aviv has called his neighbor a slur and harassed her disabled children over the years.
His attorney declined to comment.
A municipal court judge also ordered the man to serve 15 days in jail and undergo anger management classes and counseling.
