The news ticker on Facebook has generated some good discussion recently.
For those not familiar with it, some time ago Facebook added a news ticker which allows you to see the activity of your friends. If a Facebook friend "Likes" a photo from one of your non-friends, you will likely be able to see that photo through the news ticker, depending of course on the privacy issues set by the users.
