LEGAL NOTICE Request for Proposal NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Northwest Ohio Job Center of Defiance, Fulton, Henry and Williams Counties are soliciting competitive proposals for procurement of Youth Programs operated under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and the Workforce Investment Act of 2008. Williams County Department of Job and Family Services will receive sealed proposals at their office located at 117 W. Butler St., Bryan, Ohio 43506, until 11:00 a.m. EST Tuesday, November 24th at which time all proposals received will be delivered to the Chairman or designee of the Northwest Ohio Job Center Selection Committee. Copies of the Request for Proposal are on file and may be obtained in the office at the Williams County Department of Job and Family Services, 117 W. Butler St., Bryan, Ohio 43506.
