Wrestler sentenced in 2nd OH county in HIV assault

HAMILTON, Ohio (AP) -- A former professional wrestler serving 32 years in prison for having sex with numerous women without telling them he had tested positive for the virus that causes AIDS won't serve more time on a similar conviction in a second Ohio county.

A Butler County judge on Wednesday sentenced 30-year-old Andre Davis to 30 months following Davis' guilty plea to attempted felonious assault in a deal with prosecutors who say he didn't tell a woman his HIV-status before sex with her.

Wednesday's sentence will run concurrently with Davis' Hamilton County sentence, which he received in January for not telling 11 women he tested positive for HIV.

Davis' attorney said Wednesday that Davis has appealed in Hamilton County but won't in Butler County.

Davis' wrestling stage names included Sweet Sexy Sensation.
