CINCINNATI (AP) -- Police in Cincinnati say they're trying to identify a shooter who opened fire on a private party at a one-room, temporary bar and then fled the scene.
Six people were hurt in the shooting early Sunday morning.
Police Lt. Don Luck tells WCPO-TV (http://bit.ly/K36CaS ) the shooting left one man in critical condition and two in serious condition at a hospital. Three other people who were hurt were treated and released.
Luck says police don't have much information about the shooter because witnesses haven't provided a name.
He says the man accused of running the illegal bar was arrested on a weapons charge alleging he improperly had handguns. Police say that man was indicted in a separate attempted murder case but was not immediately considered a suspect in the Sunday shooting.
