TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) -- Authorities say a traffic accident involving a wrong-way driver has closed I-75 in Ohio not far from where a crash claimed the lives of a wrong-way driver and three college students earlier this month.
Toledo police say southbound lanes of Interstate-75 were closed early Monday.
The State Highway Patrol says the crash involved a wrong-way driver, and referred additional questions to Toledo police, where additional details were not immediately available.
The accident is roughly 20 miles from where a wrong-way driver collided March 1 with a car carrying five Bowling Green University sorority sisters on their way to the Detroit airport for a spring break trip. The wrong-way driver and three of the college students were killed. The two other college students were seriously injured.
