OSU women draw Gators with Baylor waiting in wings

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -- The good news for the Ohio State Buckeyes is that they get to stay in their home state to play in the NCAA tournament.

The bad news is that, should they win their first-round game against Florida on Sunday at Bowling Green, they will most likely meet unbeaten and top-ranked Baylor in the next game.

The Buckeyes (25-6) received a No. 8 seed in Bowling Green, less than 2 hours away from Ohio State's campus. Florida (19-12) is seeded ninth.

Immediately after the Buckeyes and Gators meet, mighty Baylor (34-0) -- the overall No. 1 seed in the country -- puts its unblemished record on the line against 16th-seeded UC-Santa Barbara (17-15). The winners meet two days later.
