SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) -- While Republican presidential hopefuls Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum campaign in up-coming primary states, Puerto Ricans get their say in picking the GOP's presidential nominee.

Residents of the U.S. territory cannot vote in general elections, but they will award 20 Republican delegates in their Sunday primary.

Meanwhile, Romney's in Illinois hoping to cement his lead there ahead of Tuesday's primary. Chief rival Santorum is on the stump in Louisiana, which holds its primary vote March 24.

Romney and Santorum both campaigned in Puerto Rico ahead of Sunday's voting.
