LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Police investigating a crash involving Lindsay Lohan are seeking witnesses to try to determine who was driving the actress' sports car.
Santa Monica, Calif., police say there is no evidence either Lohan or her assistant were impaired at the time of the accident, but they are attempting to determine who was driving the car when it slammed into a dump truck on the Pacific Coast Highway Friday morning.
Lohan was on her way to the set of a Lifetime movie and escaped serious injury. She returned to the film shoot later in the day after being evaluated and released from a hospital.
Police say the truck's driver was not injured and also showed no signs of impairment. Police continue to investigate the incident.
